Balla Wray

It’s not every day you get to photograph the most expensive house in the Lake District, but I recently had the privilege of doing just that, with Balla Wray on the western shore of Windermere.

Aficionados of ITV drama may recognise it as the main house in the TV series Deep Water from a couple of years ago.

I get to see many beautiful houses, but it was an extra pleasure to spend the day ‘working’ in such amazing surroundings.
