After a commercial job in a surprisingly sunny and blue skied Kendal yesterday afternoon, I took the cue to have a late run up a hill hoping to catch some dusk light.
Of course that dusk light wasn’t forthcoming. I made it half way up The Band on my way up Bowfell before the cloud rolled in, acompanied by some fierce gusts of wind whipping hail and snow all around.
Here’s one I shot of Pike of Blisco and Browney Gill on the way up. I was working on a similar but less simple composition at the time it disappeared in the murk. The spot has been marked and shall have to wait for another day.
