Handy map of the Lake District fells, including altitudes, and handy tick boxes so you know which ones you've completed! Website also has further information about each of the fells, some with accompanying pictures by one Stewart Smith.

You never know what weather the fells will throw at you - increase your chances of being prepared by checking out the forecast first. Also gives us photographers an idea of whether we should even bother getting out of bed in the first place....

Another good weather site specifically for the Lake District. Some poor sap also has to climb Helvellyn on a daily basis to bring you a photo of how grim it is so appreciate it!
