After the first day had been an almost complete washout, we took the forecast for a clear sunny second day with a pinch of salt. Happily the next day was indeed a stunner, with endless blue skies. Not necessarily my ideal choice for landscape photography, but it felt great and the views were fantastic. February 2011.
