On a fantastic day when only just above an inversion on Blencathra there really isn't that much to see! The Helvellyn range, Skiddaw, and distant Scafell Pike and friends are your only company. Quite literally on a quiet Friday afternoon in January - one lone fell runner and his dog joined me briefly, but I then had the fell to myself until sunset.
